As per request by the Board of Directors of St. Joseph Seminary , Cardinal John Baptist Pham Minh Man  has decided to ordain six (6 ) deacons as listed below on November 23, 2013  at 8:30 in the morning at Notre Dame Cathedral, 1 Paris Commune Square, Ben Nghe Ward, Ho Chi Minh city.
