The Canadian Ambassador visit the Cardinal John Baptist Pham Minh Man

Courtesy call by the Canadian Ambassador to Vietnam, Mr. David Devine and Canadian Consul General, Mr.Wayne Robson to the Cardinal John Baptist Pham Man Minh and with the presence of  Fr. Ignatius Ho Van Xuan in December 12, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Archdiocesan Pastoral Centre, Ho Chi Minh City.

 

The visit was a memorable one as they conveyed their Christmas greetings and  wishes for the New Year 2014 and talked about the the country’s situation. 

Meanwhile, the Cardinal shared his lived experiences in building relationship with the government and  the contributing role of the Church for the welfare of the country.

 

Based on his wisdom and knowledge, dialogue is one of the best avenue to build, to improve and to sustain the life of the Church and country in this present world situation.

 

The meeting was adjourned at 10:45a.m.
