ANNOUNCEMENT:

EXHIBITION:  MAN AND RELIGION

 

 

Religion is part and parcel in the faith and spiritual life of man especially among the Vietnamese people.

 

Faith and Religion helps man to foster the values of truth, beauty and compassion and uphold it in their lives. It facilitates to build the socio-economic, political, human and spiritual aspects of the person. Moreover, it  encourages and promotes the understanding of faith between Christians and other religions as well as among believers and non-believers. Ho Chi Minh City in itself is home to people of different faith, religion and culture.

 

Thus, the Commission on Inter-faith Dialogue and Culture search for an avenue for people to gain a better understanding of one’s faith and spirituality.

 

Hence, an exhibition is organized. A religious art display especially sculpted by Bro. Tran Quang Vinh, OFM , photo exhibits about the religious acivities of Bahai, Buddism, Christians etc. and the Virgin Mary statues coming from differrent countries received as gifts by Cardinal John Baptist Pham Minh Man.
