A missionary collaboration
On September 13, 2013, at 3:00 in the afternoon, leaders of different religions from Saigon met at the Archdiocesan Pastoral Center for a noble purpose.
Its objectives are:
1. To develop a program for the upliftment of the poor especially on health care.
2. To foster missionary collaboration with other religions in view of fraternal service among the poor in society.
The meeting was presided by Fr. Francis Bao Loc, Chairman of the Commission for Inter-religious Dialogue of Saigon, Vietnam.
In attendance were:

- Mr. Bui Van Hoa, Vice-Chair of the Inter-religious Dialogue
- Miss Ngoc Anh, Secretary of Inter-religious Dioalogue
- Mr. Dai Bac , Minh Ly representative
- Mr. Dai Mang, Minh Ly representative
- Mr. Hue’y , Cao Dai representative
- Dr. Huynh Tan Son – Thien Ly, Cao Dai representative
At 4:00 p.m., Cardinal John Baptist Pham Minh Man shared his personal experience of serving the poor and lay emphasis on one’s attitude in relating to them. One has to witness care, love and compassion.
