Saigon: a monthly meeting of the Interfaith Dialogue Commission

Last August 18, 2014, a monthly meeting of the Interfaith Dialogue was convened at the Archdiocesan Pastoral Centre.  It has a three-fold agenda.

 

1. Video sharing of Pope Francis first  Papal Apostolic visit to Korea from August 13-15, 2014.

 

2. Sharing on the document about Ancestors’ Worship which was authored by Vietnam Bishops Conference dated June 13-14, 1965 and November 14, 1974.

 

3. Planning for the Inter-religious gathering to be held on October 27, 2014 at the Archdiocesan Pastoral Center. The said meeting was presided by Fr. Francis Xavier Bao Loc, Chair of the Interfaith Dialogue Commission.

 

The meeting was culminated by a Thanksgiving Mass attended by the members of the Interfaith Dialogue Commission and an Agape followed.
